No CSA Payment This Month

Obviously I'll be asking the CSA for details but before I do I thought I would see if anyone else has any ideas.

My payment usually comes in to my account around the 12th of each month.

No payment has come in this month and no phone calls, no letters, no explanation. I have held off chasing it up as I assumed (wrongly, it seems) that someone would contact me to explain the situation.

CB is still being paid. It is due to finish at the end of August.

Fortunately my finances are not reliant on the CSA payment but I find it hard to understand how payments can just stop and yet I am told nothing.

You may find out in due course, I doubt that informing you is their priority, best give them a call as they may not be in a hurry to contact you.

How is the child maintenance paid to the CSA, do you know? If the money is deducted from the other client's wages then maybe there's a delay there? The employer has up to the 19th ofthe following month to send that money to the ccsa.
