On Deeds, but not on Mortgage?

    On your other thread didn't you say you only work part time? Wouldn't it be worth increasing your hours so that you could take the mortgage on yourself now and buy brother out.

    To buy him out in 2 years would require about £90,000. That plus the £85,000 left on the mortgage, I wouldn't be able to afford even if I went back full time.
