Hi
I recently moved home to the UK as I got married and started a new job.
I'm bringing back a decent deposit, but can't find any lenders in the UK that will lend to me as I've been living out the country
Does anyone know any lenders?
Thanks

You need to re-establish yourself first. At the moment you've no history. Register on the electoral roll as a priority.0

I know some Lenders - I am a mortgage broker.
Find someone like me and they will tell you if you have options now, or if not, when you will have.
Each case will have its own issues.I am a Mortgage Broker

I moved back to the UK and bought a house 9 months later, with Santander as the lender. So, it is not impossible, but you do need to build yourself a credit history and get on the electoral roll.Good, clean fun....MFW #11 2015 £7657 / £88800

We moved and lived in Dublin for 3 years.
We returned to Scotland and within 4 wks of our return we applied for a mortgage (Intelligent Finance) and we got the mortgage and moved into the house in a further 4 weeks!
We did not get ourselves onto the Electoral roll til we had moved in and got the letters through the door.
This was 7 yrs ago. My hubby had a job to start on his return. I am a teacher and I got supply work before we applied for the mortgage too.0
