Can anyone recommend a mini chopper (under £20)

I bought a Sainsbury's one a couple of months ago similar to this http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/sol/shop/appliances/123589708_kitchen-collection-kj-1601-mini-chopper.html although I think mine is a slightly older model and it's worked fine for onions, herbs, tomato etc. But I used it to chop liver and due to a design fault the liver has got wedged in the plastic holding the blade and it's impossible to clean.
I don't have and don't really want a big food processor given the amount of times it would be used. So has anyone got any recommendations for one that I won't knacker by doing liver for the dog treats again?
Thanks

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I was in Lidl today and they have some for £2.990

I've got the Kenwood one which seems to have the best reviews and can be picked up for £20 or there abouts. It has done me well so far but not tried anything as tough as liver in it as yet!0
