Moorcroft Debt Threatening collection Activity

Hi guys
Just require a little bit of advice. I recently started a dmp with Step Change debt charity, and included a debt with Moorcroft amongst others.
Upon my return home from work today i had a letter from Moorcroft debt recovery which says the following
'We acknowledge the receipt of your recent payment of £x, However it is essential that we have an agreed future payment arrangement and therefore must ask you to contact the office within 7 days of receipt of this letter.
Failure to respond to this request may leave us no alternative but to recommends collection activity if we are unable to agree a repayment plan that you can afford and maintain'.
Now I'm no expert in the case of law and legals but the fact that they've accepted my last payment made to them points to 1 thing, a payment arrangement is in place and no court in the land would even touch it because they are receiving payment.
Please correct me if I'm wrong??
Scare tactics me thinks?!?!
