Latest Tesco Clubcard vouchers

I received rather a lot of Clubcard vouchers today, but noticed that some were reprints.


I have, in the past, asked for soon to expire vouchers to be absorbed and reprinted, with a later use by date, but didn't recall asking recently.


On inspection, the three reprints were of the oldest three vouchers I have , which are still well within date, but had the card number changed to that of another card.


As , in the past, I had a problem with some reprints being made of the wrong vouchers, meaning I tried to spend duplicate ones, I rang the Clubcard help number. It appears that they are having lots of calls , as the system has decided to reprint older vouchers, without customer requests.

The 'reprints' are reminder vouchers just in case the originals have been lost - not everyone's got access to the internet.


They have the same date & code as the original - hence only one can be used - either the original or the 'reprint'.


They never relate to any recently 'expired' vouchers, only as I said as a reminder if the originals had been lost with out the card-holder's knowledge.
