I seem to have had a spate of these lately and it's curious how quickly the replacement arrives when it's 'sent out again' after you mention the ASA.
Anyone else getting this, is it the latest trend?

Yes! Only in the last few months too! I think some companies or bloggers think you will just let it go especially if the prize isn't worth much!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

I'm in talks with Fox over a missing DVD, It's friendly at the moment
. but if I don't get what I won, fair and square, then out comes the ASA weaponry.. all emails blazing.

If you have a prize go missing, how would you bring up the ASA?
I've always wondered - I've never had to take that step but, I wouldn't know how to bring it into the conversation?December Wins: £300 worth of board games, £500 Tesco Vouchers Best Win in 2023: £500 Tesco Vouchers0 -
The sender must make a claim with their carrier and send you out another, it is their liability, however in most cases it was never sent out in the first place and both parties know this.0

'Hi
I haven't received the *whatever* yet and it is nearly four weeks since I won.
I realise this isn't your fault and would be happy to deal directly with the PR company to avoid bothering you any further however I will be referring the non delivery to the ASA if it does not arrive shortly.'0 -
Also sometimes sadly if its a facebook comp people make up fake accounts and pretend to be the winner to claim it, ive seen and heard loads go missing like that.Compers challenge 27/70
