Hello all this is a wonderful thread and I just wanted everyone who was contemplating potentially usung an APG in SADA and T concurrently to think carefully about the potential consequences before doing so.
This is still the same voucher but used in two shops. I think that the APG was supposed to be used once either in SADA or Mr T. Honestly I would swerve using it twice. Its not worth getting a criminal record for and potentially SADA could pull the plug on the way APG currently operates. All Im saying is be careful don't bite the hand that feeds you. :)

Sorry troutabout, I was very rude earlier and should have thanked you for posting!
So I do so now. Thank you for your post!:)

They are banking on getting you into the store - and then getting you to buy other stuff that you didn't plan on buying ! Us lot won't fall for that ply.

Unfortunately :o:oI still fall for that very occasionally when getting stuff for an APG. That's the problem with knowing that other, more tempting is also not 10% cheaper at the chosen competitor store. (Sometimes I wish I didn't remember so much:rotfl:.) Lol-:rotfl: I almost got some Nestle Milkybar Dessert earlier today, at £1, because I knew it was N/A vs T and therefore might have helped 'fill' my vs T shopping. It was tempting, as I walked past the chillers:eek: on the way to the checkout. Fortunately I managed to resist, I think thinking 'wait till it's £1 elsewhere and then 90p on 10% cheaper' just about stopped me. Why get a £1 item when you can get a 10p one instead?;)

I must stop spending so much money:rotfl::rotfl:.

(I did notice that Mullers are on 10 for £4 instore in A (as opposed to 10 for £3 some months ago:rotfl:) and that they would compare it seems best vs T on mbuy and then some on full prices.)

A won't care if you use an apg in T unless you foolishly spend way more than the value of the apg in cash whilst in there. Cash you could have spent in A

For everyone that walks in, pays for something with an apg and walks out it will hurt Ts profits (not much but its a definite loss). I don't think As will mind that

Can you imagine if A started accepting CC vouchers in response!?!

I replied to this earlier, but :doh:i've now had another thought on it. Yes the general public (that is the non-Elite public) are very foolish indeed.:):rotfl:

I think that's obviously what Mr T is hoping for that, overall, this will help them make money as people generally if they use non-T vouchers in T will spend a lot more than the value of the voucher. The promotions are targetted with the behaviour of the wider public in mind, the companies market research these sorts of things to a tee and they're not too worried about a few losses to a minority of the public such as us.

What people should do is walk in, pay with £10 of APGs and walk out - preferably with a £5 or more PP in their hands. What most people that take up this new offer up will do is walk in and spend way more than the value of a few pence APG or BM that they have on now buying a weekly shop in T. Then, if they get a PP, they will be lucky if it is more than a few pence as they'll almost inevitably offset their 'savings' by losing money on the PP to picking up some 'special' offers in T. Many of which they'll be tempted by by large promotional signage and end of aisle ends.

I feel like I am the only one not excited by the Morrison's meat voucher :(
My freezers are full and no way can I make any room.
Half price seems quite expensive compared to what I usually pay and still have plenty of Bubbs Beef and Lamb when it was on offer, but will read about your purchases with interest

Did really well on fruit and veg whoopsies in Tosco tonight, Picota Cherries 5p, 2xSweetcorn 8p and lots of other stuff, managed to spend £7.00  and nothing was more than 10p.
Check Out Woman had a face like a wet trout putting it all through :rotfl:
Will share with Mum and Aunt so nothing wasted and I love filling up their fridges :)

Look, Tesco are just trying to poach Asda customers with this offer. Their t&C's say nothing at all about previous or future usage and the coupons are useless to Tesco. They certainly can't go and ask Asda for a refund of their value ! The coupons are as much use or value as a bus ticket so far as Tesco are concerned. They also cannot ask Asda about usage in Asda - if they did Asda would probably repond with 5 consonnts and 2 vowels !

There is no risk at all in using them in Asda and Tesco and no way that this could be called fraud or result in any police input. Use carefully and sensibly without taking the michael and stop worrying unnecessarily. I don't recall anyone getting too worried a while back when Morrisons (rather foolishly) decided to accept Tesco club card vouchers without specifying any restrictions on previous usage - I am happy to admit that I most certainly cashed in my vouchers online before I trotted off to Morrisons and I am quite certain that MANY other people did the same. There was nothing fraudulent or criminal about it - we just played the system and took advantage of the sheer stupidity of the desperate stores PR.

Getting my consonants and vowels out now to play Countdown:D. Alright, folks, I think I've caught up - I'll see you all later!!

Morning everyone. Busy day yesterday at work and was out last night, haven't had chance to fully catch up as yet, I have a click and collect to pick up at 8am which I've added a few Sun newspapers to - does anyone know if Mr T will accept the Morries meat coupons or is it just the apgs they will take? I have a completely empty freezer in my glitchy garage so am planning to hammer this offer xxx

Good morning I hope you are well and have a fabulous Thursday. Happy shopping elite.
I will not be partaking in the Mr M meat offer. As usual I have no space in my freezers.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

I had to buy a new bus pass this morning. The woman in the shop wa trying everything she could NOT to do it. No plastic covers, the driver won't let me on without a plastic cover blah blah. I got on the bus, reciept in hand and said i had just bought it but they didn't have any covers, so he gave me one of his instead. Good service for a change! :D
