Just cut a circle out of waxed paper or baking parchment. I dotn use them though, just jar up when it is still hot, and put the lid on tight. If it is a poppy jar, it will pop closed.

    Dont I know it :p

edit: Lawrie, I thought I should explain better. those jars you get with the poppy bit in the lid, so you know when they have been opened, its a safety thing, like on kids food jars. Well if you put your jam in those, once it cools, the lid pops down so you know it is sealed.

I think we need to see a picture of you in an apron!

  • Burgers still working in T's

I was looking forward to the morries vouchers but just got a load of 3 for £10 bbq and sweet chilli chicken thighs, lamb chops and chicken breast in T's reduced to £1 each, so £1 for 3 after multibuy  Never gonna fit any morries stuff in the freezers now.

Load onto PayPal...? I thought you could only link one card at a time for payments up to £25? And you can pay people not just eBay?

    Many thanks

    Anon

You cna link any number of cards, but you can only use one at a time to pay... so your maximum payment would be £25 + any balance in your PayPal account. It used to be quite a faff with linking cards and then they would take random amounts that you had to check etc but that seems to have gone

If anyone wants any more advice, feel free to PM me, I've tried most things with 3V cards!

Thank you anon and aau for your comments on the waitrose multi buy glitch. I do remember the discount not coming off last summer on some nectarines that were on bogof that I bought in wrose on the IOW. I thought it had been fixed then but it carried on. I am sorry to be a misinformer but glad I was wrong. So is it best to leave a big gap on the conveyor belt if I only have about 3 or 4 items so sa more likely to scan second item in multibuy? tia
