I always tighten mine straight away, that way the little poppy thing goes down and you know it is air tight. The way I see it is the steam is sterile anyway.
edit: to sterilise my jars, I just put an inch of water in them and blast them in the microwave.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

The other week in A I saw this shampoo in the 3 for £10:
I scanned it and it came up unknown. I've search on MSM and can't see it. Could be an invisible trigger thats a bit more useful to people than the impulse. Can anybody else see it?
Thank you! x
This is a pic unless somebody has posted since I've being trying to get signal0 -

I do put it into hot jars (do mine in the oven on 100c until they are totally dryhaving washed them before putting them in the oven) but no way could I let the jam cool down first, seems so wrong:eek: Lid goes straight on over baking parchment. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Someone said that their store had increased from £1
Not sure there have been reports since
yes was me yesterday. Worked last week but they were back up to £1.98 in store and that is what was charged on invoice. Should still compare to £1 in S so 90p each. Not as good as before but if you were after the codes for the bag then maybe you will still want them.
Hopefully just store specific and others will still be ok today0 -

I tighten lids straight away, too, just thought I'd mention what it said in the cookery book.
I sterilise mine by washing in hot soapy water, rinsing in hot water, leave wet and then blast in microwave for 45-60 seconds.'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

And I'm not just grinning because My Dotty's back.
Fantastic hotel, never seen individually folded hand towels in the ladies before that you then put in laundry. And a basket with ladies things complimentary.
Food was absolutely amazing as was wine. And what more could I want than smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast.
And as altojack said I made sure I snuggled in for the night. :rotfl:0 -

If this is from an A receipt try losing all the 0's at the start and add a digit 0-9 at the end.
Try those 10 combinations and see how it goesApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0
