I normally at least have a few pressies for my girls by now and an idea of what else to get them.
So far..... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
How old are your girls ?
Perhaps someone on thread with daughters can help you with a :money:list .0 -
Did you go to dentist yesterday Bananababe ?
If yes sorry I missed what happened hope it went ok
Yes it went fine tweets thanks for asking. I got a filling and she made a really good job of it, sorting out an old one too. She is leaving it up to the hospital to sort the wisdom tooth out and it should be about 8 weeks.
pain free now. thankfully , although bite not right yet.
thanks honey , you are so lovely thinking of me when you have had a troublesome morning xxx:A0 -
xxlouisexx56 wrote: »It was mine and DP's anniversary yesterday. I was in the shopping centre with dd1 getting her back to school bits and thought I would treat myself to a new top and necklace from new look to wear tonight when we go out.
Got home and the top I had bought absolutely reeks of someone's BO. It's so disgusting. And the necklace I bought has several stones missing. I can't return them until late next week so that's £30 missing out of my account and nothing to show for it.
I complained on their Facebook page and have a £10 voucher on its way to me in the post.
It really does pay to complain sometimes!
(Although still doesn't help as I don't have a new top and a sparkly necklace to wear tonight !)
thats disgusting. little miss told me they found someones stained pants in the fitting room the other week at her work
some folk shouldnt be allowed out ! :mad:0 -

It's not even about being too MSE as I am :money: to give my girls what they want.
They are very nearly 9 and 3.5 at Xmas. And then dd1 will be 9 on New Year's Eve.
My problem is we have everything. We have bikes, micro scooters, a piano, toy kitchen, barbie dream house, hot wheels cars and a big garage. They have a tv in their room. Dd1 has a 3ds and an iPad mini.
We have no more room for big toys!
I'm sure as Xmas gets closer i will find something to get them but I like to already know by now so I can save the money and make sure they get it0 -

Managed 10 Morrisons shops this morning with OH and DD. The SA said it was meat next week then cake the week after. Wonder what the cake one will be (if he is correct).0
