Having tried various own brand and Frosties, Kelloggs win hands down ...

I am not a brand snob and often have switched to own brand where there is no real difference, and don't regularly have Frosties, Coco Pops etc in the house, but with some products you can tell the difference. I think the worst were S rice crispies (the basic range in a bag not a box) - we ended up binning them after one bowl as even I couldn't eat them to make a point :o. Also Nescafe Gold Blend - no own brand compares (IMHO) and I have tried most to try to save money (so just buy when on offer)!

Fortunately with glitch shopping we have had some really nice products to get over my MSE ways .

Have you tried some of those instant coffees with filter coffee in? I know taste ie very subjective, but I could never drink gold blend, but can bring myself to drink a couple of the coffees with 'real' coffee in (sorry cant remember their names, one of them comes in a shiney tin :D ) if I am really stuck.

I am not going back to Morries until there's another coupon. I remembered today why I don't go in there!! No offence to our pensioner contingent on here, you are all sprightly and know how to move around a supermarket stealthily! :D
But my Morries is jam packed with pensioners who dither and leave their trolleys at awkward angles mid aisle, causing a major traffic jam. And that's just the ones that haven't met a long lost friend at the end of an aisle  :rotfl:

Or chat for 10 mins at the checkout Purpledonkey ;)

In fact :idea:my 'system', if I now delete that one from out of my list and now have 69 tracks left, the system of three numbers still works even though there are now a different number of tracks left! Woo-hoo!:j:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

But I think, whatever you pick, you're just stuck with dance music (I know - fixed:p:rotfl:) as that was virtually all I was listening to. Hey folks, I like dance music:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Well, apart from 3 garagey tracks and two hip-hop. So nearly 93% chance you would have got dance:j (good for me:D:D). The odds are better next time though - only just:rotfl:, as one 'dance track' now gone. 64 still to come:(:(.(:rotfl::A)

Anon I think I need you to be my Father Christmas. :D

I am doing a terrible job spreading out my money so far and the lady in the bank yesterday told me off for having far too much in my non interest earning current account. :o:o:o

Do you think Mrs Anon would hire you out? :rotfl:

Unfortunately not available for hire, I have a long list of jobs already and struggle to keep up :o.

Signing up for a few of the current accounts giving high interest (Nationwide, LLoyds, TSB, Santander) depending on how much you have to squirrel away and then setting up the standing orders etc to move money around is relatively straightforward. No point having cash sitting in low or non-interest accounts. :A. Check if there is cashback available or other deals too.

    Good luck

If this track you are playing turns out to be this track, I will be most upset :p

I can confirm that track does not feature in any of the 70 (now 69 left) that I was listening to:):rotfl:.

I only saw this from yourself. Which for me wasn't clear:rotfl::rotfl:. Is that saying you want number 1? I'll take it as that - but I still need two more numbers to feed the jukebox again.:rotfl:

Yes, Millicano is great but normally a little too expensive. I do switch now and again if necessary, but the own brand "Gold" never seem to meet expectations (currently working my way through quite a stash of various brands of coffee when they were rtc in A earlier in the year, so have varied my tastes to suit my purchases ).
    :)
