My SIL was telling me how they struggle to pay bills. She insists there is no way to get her shopping down below £80 a week. Its all done online with s.com
I told her to buy two suns and go to M with her husband this weekend. They drive and there are TWO Ms within a mile of their house so i thought it was a viable option
This response just in
"Ta. I think the separate trip to Morrisons just to buy veg when the rest of the shopping is getting delivered from elsewhere might be the killer blow for this plan!"
:wall: :wall:
I can relate. My sister moves to Bristol with a friend in a month for uni, and is moaning at how they'll have to live on value tinned food and have no heating on because they'll only have student loans. I have just about convinced her to use the £15 off £60 offers at sainsbury when they first move in to buy staples and bulk buy stuff like pasta, but after that I'd get more response from a rock . I got told today that I'd bought to much fruit, despite the fact I'm going to be baking pies, crumbles, cakes ect with most of it, and then got robbed of a pack of strawberries anyway .0 -

I've got a week off coming up and I really want to go back to Crete for a few days but I'd be going on my own. I've got not worries about my safety but it's the whole going away on my own thing
Being faced with having to go somewhere on my own has never stopped me from going there.
You can keep yourself to yourself if you want and have some private relaxing time, or take it as a chance to meet new people if you prefer ... maybe invent a new persona for yourself, someone different to how you are - no one will know what you are meant to be like, anyway!
You go for it:jqueen_of_cheap wrote: »I'd have no worries about being on my lonesome in the evenings, I just don't know if it's a bit sad to be going alone'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

Do it. I went away on my own to tokyo for 2 weeks for the first time ever. Yes it can get lonely but you do have more freedom and usually you can meet people whilst your there anyway.0
