Other than ice packs and arnica, has anyone got any tips to bring out bruises?

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

    thoughts on this one please?

the details might as well be in chinese for what i understand.....would htis link to a video recorder ? yes I have one of those somewhere!!! lol or laptop?

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Infrared-Camera-360deg-Turning-Invisible/dp/B00JIMEL1K/ref=sr_1_37?ie=UTF8&qid=1407349687&sr=8-37&keywords=invisible+IR+camera#productDetails

That looks reasonable, although I would have thought with that many LEDs it would only have a 3m range, could be 5m though, all depends on how far away you want to film.

Just as an aside - you do know you will need reasonable sized holes through the wall to where you are going to fit it? Probably the size of something like the power connector on a laptop? you will need to get the power lead and video lead through the hole, IR does not work awfully well through glass.

You could run it through a doorway, but if you run it through a window you will not be able to close it.

Better make sure you are colour co-ordinated:)

"If you look at a bruise, it goes through various different stages and colours before disappearing completely. Below is a chart to show this process"

NB, the medical profession sometimes use similar charts (more advanced than this one) to work out how old bruises are ...

Well if it's nay consolation I talk to God too.......but he just laughs at my plans:D:D (thanks Robbie Williams:D)

I hold on to the hope that Karma does indeed exist .....and one day they will get what they deserve ......

in the meantime how do you stay sane???? I am losing the plot and believe if I didnt have DD here I would not even go to work .....I have had many very dark moments which to be honest am ashamed to admit just how low I have allowed these bullies to make me feel:(

Well if karma exists, that family is going big styleeeeee, and I can't wait. I will happily get the popcorn out and watch. Sorry if I sound evil, I am not a nasty person but this family have made our life hell. I'm glad my Mom is on diabetes pills which make her sleepy otherwise she would not be able to cope.

We've tried approaching them and they have told us it must be ghosts because they don't slam doors and miraculously, 3 dead rats were on our car the day after we complained!

I don't know how I stay sane. I don't sleep. I end up like a nervous wreck, and worst of all, I overeat at night to make myself feel good which has made me fat! :(

Don't know if this is old news or not. DD just got back from pizza express at mcarthur glen outlet and apparently they do not accept tesco vouchers any more - boo. Well won't be going there anymore for an overpriced meal.
