I would hope that most people on MSE would read the t&cs before signing up to something :cool:

I know, most T's & C's do ... it doesn't make it right though.

Not to mention doing it whilst the app was down for 4 days, and no one could upload receipts.

You now have to submit £3000 of receipts to get £10 back, which is 3 times as many as a month ago, that's a massive change.
Even if you save up that amount of receipts, the goal posts could move again by then.

*eta* Glad you are done with them though, I think by the time a lot of people have reviewed the app they won't last very long now.

I never even started it as I realised from the outset that it was an unviable model, so didnt waste my time

Debsjc, its really not worth getting stressed about (not saying that you are :beer: ), just close the app, and move on to the next glitch/app/cash back site. I know its a pain, but its what they have done. It might damage their business, it might not, who knows?

Never mind the goalposts moving again, what are the chances of having £3k of receipts processed correctly? More likely you'd have to upload £5/6k to get £10

Best of luck to them but I doubt many folks with that kind of cash to splash would go to that kind of effort for a tenner
