Do people still get really dressed up on a cruise?

We are considering doing one in the middle east, with 2 day stay in Dubai.

But I cannot go anywhere that I need to get dressed up!

Yes, of course you do, least we are safe from SSM when we go on our holidays :D

    Hiya zippy.
I've still got some spray Vanish. Had to resort to putting all cleaning/washing/washing up/softener/drain cleaner/dishwasher cleaner etc etc stuff in the shed when the 'shop' threatened to take over the garage, wardrobes, cupboards and loft.:rotfl: I've used the Ariel on rugs too. I agree, works a treat.

Had a lovely 1970's style meal at the pub tonight. A prawn cocktail to start, a steak as the main, and a very naughty, but luscious ice cream sundae to finish.:rotfl::rotfl: (and a couple of brandies ;))

Thanks everyone for the congrats on our 30 years. He's a grumpy old *** at times, but I love him. He gave me a lovely card, and had written 'you are my world' in it. I was surprised when I opened it, cos it was exactly the same card as the one I bought for him.:rotfl:

Off to have a catch up now.

And all the trouble we had card shopping today because you lost yours.

Actually would have been my 30th wedding anniversary on my birthday in march. Doubled up as 18 years since divorce day instead.

You difinately have a good one there :)

PD just came on to ask if you have had a Higgidy weekly winning email yet?

N I paased your reccommendations on to my sister tonight. She says thank you.

No idea. I'll be honest, it's getting a little competitive in my house, my mother opened an account to try and beat my score. :rotfl:

Have you tried almond milk? It's much nicer than Soya Milk.
I prefer the unsweetened one, but you can get sweetened ones too.

I make rice puddings with almond milk, it is lovely x
Its optional!;) You can attend the posh dressy up dinners or not. We didnt this Summer because it was too hot to be wearing posh frock/ suit:eek: but will in October because its so cold!:rotfl:

I would have to buy a posh dress and OH would need a suit.

We are really very quiet, you could be next to me and not realise it… until I open my mouth x

And of course airports are generally not in the town/city centres, so you have to travel to them :p
