Another 'shopper in front' story. I noticed the shopper in front of me today was buying quite a bit of booze. They were doing a very bad shop. I felt they should have put one more 4 pint milk in their shop though, just in case the booze turned out to be cheaper in Morries:rotfl:. And it was a very bad move to put Kelloggs Coco Pops snack bars in the shopping. Several packs:eek:. Each item that was scanned - I was like "that's A5da versus T3sco", "that's A5da versus Sainsburger's" and "that's A5sa v Morries". Totally mixed up and, if any of us ever got that shop on a womble, then giving no 10% and simply leaving us to sort the whole thing out into proper baskets of shopping:rotfl:.

You do make me laugh savvyI can just imagine you at the checkout:rotfl:.Glad you got your Mr kiplings.

    Afternoon all

Not going to start online malarkey. Not going down this route because I may never get off the roundabout:D

I agree with you, I have never done a C&C or Home Delivery, because once you start where do you stop. would be better if you could spend online apg's in store and vice versa.
Just worried that I will waste large apg buying full price stuff to use it up, or maybe just not brave enough to try ;)

I saw you posting that yesterday, that you were at £100.01 and I thought well no harm done - may as well claim on 31 July as all for the sake of a penny. Did you claim today? What time did you claim it? It doesn't matter how few shops you've done in the month - if you reach £100, that is it. As regards whether you are now at a reset to zero for this new month, have you claimed anything in August?

No, I claimed yesterday as I thought I was only going to be a penny over but it capped me about 6 pounds so must have counted an instore shop. I presume that's how it works as like I said I've only done 4 online so I know exactly what I've done. :D

I haven't claimed anything today which means I have 100 left?

I was just confused as tbw seemed to be saying that the two they did this week would count in August. Am I right in thinking that would only be the case if they claimed today?

I noticed coconut and macadamia shower gel was back in Asda - sure the SEL said they were all 70p but I did a price check at the till and it was 75p - very strange. Has the pack size changed or something - I looked the exact same packaging to me.

I suppose I could have put it through and then went to CS but its a small store and I try to stay invisible.

I also price checked the Betty Crockers pancake mix - in another store it had the red clearance SEL for 20p so the shelf was stripped. In my store it was still the full £1.49
    - wondering why it would be the different price in two stores?
    - also wondering if I should have tried it with the Sada v !!!!!! shop I was doing? It compared to a 20p !!!!!! price last time when I bought it earlier in the week.

So this is their shop - the comp vs T. :eek:They bought cup of soup at £1.19:eek::eek:. But, even so, I'm going to separate it out and, even with that, try to buy it at that price but in a better way.

Ends 11th Aug. On now I guess as it doesn't say otherwise.

Thank you think I will wait for the 25% off sale everything will be neat and tidy.
70% sale normally like a jumble sale in my store and I rarely find anything I like and will see something full price I want.

That scenario will never occur if you shop cleverly. A sell a whole host of electrical items which when you've got them home aren't suitable because perhaps they don't colour match your kitchen ;)
