you may have drawn attention to yourself, others have had their accounts stopped. I also once went slightly into a negative balance but picked up order ok. but I never claimed the money back as I just wanted it to go unnoticed.
always double check what the amount you will pay as opposed to the amount showing in your basket. always leave a little to actually pay on the day.
I expect if its a small amount the person giving you your order may say something, but if they do just say "I have a few vouchers to use up".

I knew I had messed up :( I usually add it up as I go along but was rushing can I not collect the order or cancel the order? Im meant to pick the order up at 4pm Im about £5 over feel stupid now :(

I'm not sure? I don't do C&C myself. I think I remember people turning up to collect orders like this and they'd been cancelled without them knowing beforehand. Maybe best to give your store a ring before you go? Save yourself a trip if it is cancelled

 I would not draw any more attention to it. just turn up and see what happens.

    Oh am I mis-informing then? :o

no. every store handles it differently. but the main thing is. leave something to pay, as you stated. :)

the system only needs to have money look to be paid on the initial order. but when receipt is generated it can go into a negative balance, which is not refunded automatically as its not supposed to happen.

edit, I may add that I went into a negative because they did not supply or sub an item I ordered, so I now try and pay about £5

I collected an order which said -£9 something. The bloke at c&c thought my shopping was £9. Just kept quiet. A few weeks later the £9 missing evouchers reappeared on my account. So you never know, might happen to you.
But I do know some have had orders cancelled as there was nothing to pay on their receipt.

    Good afternoon :)

Very wet here. Back to dragging the dog outside for a wee :rotfl:

056dillon. I might be wrong but I think your order will be cancelled if there's no cash to pay. This has happened to others. Their system can't seem to cope with orders if they are fully paid for by APGs. I hope I'm wrong, and someone will correct me if I am

I had messed up like 056, the items were approx £60 on ling, so used the apg for £50+ and then the actual costs were about £30…. I always wondered what would have happened.. I am waiting for me CC statement to arrive x
