Some of you may be aware of this but I suffered 2 cracked ribs and a blow to the head at work by a patient. I contacted both my credit card providers after finding out I will be placed on basic wage until they carry out own investigations.....Nationwide couldn't have been more sympathetic! Rang Halifax and explained circumstances (customer service) again extremely friendly and understanding but once put through to Collections I found this person less than understanding, in fact cold in manner and one worded answers!
Yes we are all human and yes we all suffer some sort of financial difficulties in our life! He made me feel so much better. ....Even though I explained it's only till end of September. .....
