    When is the default DATED?
How much is your deposit as a percentage of the purchase price?
What was the default for? (Mobile phone/utility bill etc?)

You would most likely be best speaking to a broker but its not a huge default.

The said company were paid the outstanding amount in January immediately after they put the default on. It was not until I tried to arrange a mortgage I saw the default which was not satisfied as the account had not been updated. I have now had it changed to satisfied backdated to January.

A Mortgage Broker will know who might lend - engage one.
