Are Mags dailies taking over the world?

I'm all for consensus but....... get them out of here lol... also get all the facebook and twitter ones tucked away in their own social media section while we're at it.0

First we will control the MSE competitions forum, then the world!!

You just have to red cross them if you don't enter the mag dailies. I don't enter Twitter comps so on a Friday when there are pages and pages of Twitter comps posted I just red cross them all. It only takes minutes. No big deal

Same here, re Twitter. Also now there are so many Twitter/Rafflecopter/Gleam (what is that??)FB L&S, all of which I don't do, I am actually finding the Mag Dailies are the ones keeping me going and after a bit of a dearth of wins for the past 6 months, I have won 5 good prizes from the mags this month.0 -

Hi, I try not to get in to these debates either because I like the board as it is now, but to answer this the mags are all in one post and also posted to the main board so that people like me (that doesn't have time to go trawling through one post - I've tried it doesn't work for me - and newbies get to see the mags dailies and are able to enter them), also I don't know why you have to enter them daily, I enter them once and that's it because I've been doing that since I started comping 2 years ago and i won a camera and a flat screen TV so don't see the point in entering them daily. Comping is the luck of the draw at the end of the day. As someone else said some very nice people on here spend hours posting comps for nothing, if you don't want to enter them it doesn't take long to just click on to the next page, I don't like rafflecopters but I don't moan about it I just move on to the comps I do like entering........simples!
Huge thanks to everyone who takes the time and effort to post all the comps! :T

Overall I agree with what this person has said. It's quite natural for things like this to be debated frequently. As long as people are civilised about it it's not really a problem, and nobody has to click on the thread :rotfl:
Actually when I come here and find a lot of pages of new comps waiting for me (and it is quite scary how rapidly they build up), it's quite nice to know that I will be clicking that white cross on a red background for a lot of them. Then hopefully I will have some time to spare to try to post some new competitions as well, once I've ploughed my way through.
Although I don't do RC or FB or mag comps, and I have a long "blacklist" of sites that I don't want to do comps for, I still appreciate the enormous amount of time that some people have taken out of their own busy lives to post them here for us.Thanks to all who post constructively.
Have an A1 day!0
