Hi we need help, Trying to reclaim our critical illness cover we were required to take out through a financial adviser in order to get our mortgage, only to find out a year later that we actually didn't even need it! trying to get it back from the Financial adviser company but they are asking were did i get the advise to stop this cover. from a friend or did i hear it on the news? Are they trying to catch me out with something?
