Hi,

I have just been on to the Charcol website and saw the following mortgage advertised.

Leeds and Holbeck Building Society - US LIBOR 2.99%

APR 4.1% Exclusive 2.99% Fixed then Tracker 126 months

I have been trying to find out further information on this mortgage as it seems too good to be true. I have read several articles and followed links to websites but I am still not exactly sure what this mortgage entails. A simple explanation to the pros and cons would be appreciated.

if you use the search facility on these boards but narrow the boards checked to this mortgage board, increase the date since last post to 365 and put libor as search word you should find 3 or 4 topics about it. They were mostly about a deal offered by Skipton BS but were covering the pros/cons of LIBOR links
