I would say it's real. Cotswold Handling are a delivery company based in Swindon.
Just to be on the safe side, I'd delete the order number from your post and keep your fingers crossed that you get a lovely surprise around lunchtime

I would say it is real. A lot of companies give a 1 hour time slot for delivery
