Homeward legal? Where to find reviews?

Anyone have a review of these for conveyancing?
I have been searching for a solicitor and these are my top choice so far, not the cheapest quote but not the most expensive either. I like that their quote is fixed, the company sounds good when i spoke with them earlier, i found a handful of all positive reviews but i dont know reliable they are.
My broker suggested Mason Baggot & Garton and said they'd had positive reviews but im struggling to find any reviews on them at all except one negative, but again I wouldnt know if it was reliable.
Is there somewhere I should be looking for reviews?

Have you checked there on your lenders approved panel?
Also are they CQS accredited? (only applicable if solicitors).Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 0650 -
Yes CQS registered- though i didnt know to look so thankyou for that.
We havent secured a mortgage yet just applying this week, so I dont know who our lender is for sure- hoping to get approved for Natwest, how do i know if they are someones approved lender- nobody has mentioned that so far, what happens if they're not?
We are purchase only under RTB.
Thankyou0 -
I would ask the lender once you know who that is as a lot of lenders won't let you use someone not on the panel.
Frustrating if you want to get the ball rolling but you would be surprised how many people start paying for searches and then find out the solicitor can't be used or has to get on the panel and this can lead to delays.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 0650 -
Thanks, we've gone with our brokers suggestion now as they are on the banks panel so fingers crossed we can get this moving!0
