Hello and thank you for reading
I would like to find out what options are for me in case of my project: I wish to purchase house that is in need of renovation and hte sell it off. What would be type of financing available for me in this sort of endeavor?
I already have one residential mortgage.
With regards
Darius Krak

Usually it would be a bridging loan, but its probably worth sitting down with a broker as there could be other cheaper options... bridges are not really cheap, but they do the job.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
