Just saw this on another thread, but just thought I'd start my own.
My ex pays me £350 a month for our two girls. This was agreed between the two of us.
Will this be taken into consideration when I look to get a new mortgage?

Halifax accepted mine just wanted 3 month bank statements.0

Affordability will also take into you have 2 dependents. Maintenance will also cease once the children leave FTE. So needs to be thought through.0

Yeah, I'd been noticing that having dependants lowered how much I could borrow. Thought the two might balance each other out if I can borrow more thanks to the maintenance.
