Second week of school holidays. Hope everyone is able to stick to their plans. We had my mother visit us so she bought a few treats so attempting to use by what's in the fridge. Namely sausages and cold meats.
Monday - courgette and feta fritters with corn on the cob.
Tuesday - chorizo and broccoli pasta
Wedneday - meatballs and spaghetti/cold meat and salad if hot.
Thursday - vegetable gratin with rosemary pizza bread. Changed to omlettes as dh out.
Friday - toad in the hole as run out of ideas. Changed to pesto and courgette ribbons pasta.
Weekends will start with a big breakfast omelette and probably be pasta based for dinner.
