Second week of school holidays. Hope everyone is able to stick to their plans. We had my mother visit us so she bought a few treats so attempting to use by what's in the fridge. Namely sausages and cold meats.

Monday - courgette and feta fritters with corn on the cob.
Tuesday - chorizo and broccoli pasta
Wedneday - meatballs and spaghetti/cold meat and salad if hot.
Thursday - vegetable gratin with rosemary pizza bread. Changed to omlettes as dh out.
Friday - toad in the hole as run out of ideas. Changed to pesto and courgette ribbons pasta.

Weekends will start with a big breakfast omelette and probably be pasta based for dinner.

This is mine this week :)

"Meatball" (Quorn) stroganoff on whatever pasta I can find in the cupboard served with broccoli and peas.
Chicken (soya for me, real for OH) with mashed potatoes and vegetables (probably broccoli, runner beans, peas & sweetcorn).
Out for lunch with mine & OH's parents on Wednesday so dinner will be a snack - whatever we have in.
Minted pea, feta & bacon (soya for me, real for OH) omelette with hasselback potatoes and salad.
Bacon (soya for me, real for OH) and leek risotto.
Chicken (Quorn for both) & vegetable fajita stuffed baked potatoes served with salsa and sour cream.
Pizza with homemade wedges and salad.

    Beef stir fry
Stilton, bacon and tomato baked gnocci
Cold meat buffet with cheese, pate and crusty bread

Can't be bothered cooking in this weather, so just want easy light meals with hardly any washing up.

M- Frittata, Potato Salad with a side salad
T- Tuna, Potato Salad with a side salad
    W- Pizza, Salad & Coleslaw
    T - Coronation Chicken, Salad & Coleslaw
F - Steak, Onions, Mushrooms, Tomatoes & HM Wedges
S - Piri Piri Chicken & Roasted Veg & Wedges
S - Spaghetti Bolognaise (FF) & Garlic Flat Bread

Potato Salad & Coleslaw are homemade. Made a big tub using half mayo and half creme fraiche. Will use LO's for lunches the next day.
