omg where do I start?

I am new to this forum, and to be honest a bit intimidated by it lol. There are so many different forums subjects I'm not sure where I belong, so I will just join here.
My problem is I have been in debt for yrs and now it is getting far far worse and I have no idea how to prioritise or how to decide who to pay first.
I owe money to the following:
1. Rent .. £188 owed
2. Electric £63 owed
3. Gas £47 owed
4. Water £219 owed
5. Council Tax £127 needed to be paid per month or go to court
6. Overpayments on housing benefits £1017.89 owed
7. Tv License 4 months behind.
8.Lloyds Tsb Credit Card (interest frozen & card stopped) £612 owed
9. Lloyds Tsb overdraft .. £309 owed
10. Brighthouse.... £50 owed this week and £25 per week for tv and laptop
11. 3 seperate contract phone bills for phones we no longer have... total owed = £388

Theres other that I can't remember right now. Also my partner has just started a really good and well paid job... and he needed alot of petrol to be able to do this job. So at the moment petrol is also about £20 a week.

WHERE DO I START? :(
