Help! Ukpc zenith template didnt work

Hi. I've been using the advice on here re: a parking charge from UKPC. After receiving letters from drpl and zenith I used the template provided to stop the letters and harassment from them. They replied this morning warning of the hazards of using internet templates and still say I'm out of time to appeal. They demand payment again. I don't want to go to court. What do I do?!? Thanks. #panicking

what you want is irrelevant as you have no control over them
what do you expect them to say ? , "sorry , we give up" ?
read the debt collector post in the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of the forum
then read what the advice says about issues with debt collectors
to give you a clue, the word is 6 letters and starts with I0 -
Already told you, ignore them. Writing to debt collectors never works, all it does is encourage them to harass you even more. They are telling you a pack of lies, the debt collectors can't take you to court and UKPC won't take you to court.Je suis Charlie.0

Why are you panicking? This PPC has never taken anyone to court, although it has been taken to court itself by both Trading Standards, and Roger Davey

Obviously you are not up for a fight, so ignore them, they may huff and puff, but they know that they are no match for MSE and pepipoo.
Were it to take you to court it is most unlikely that it would be able to put together a winning case, ineptness and UKPC go hand in hand.

Thanks everyone. I am following advice on here but they do say all the right things in their replies - quoting BPA standards and stuff. Just required a bit if reassurance. So I just ignore until a court letter comes - if it ever does?0

nope
ignore anything from debt collectors or pretend solicitors
so from zenith, newlyn , debt recovery plus , srssolicitors etc (many guises)
do not read these and do not take note of anything they write or say
DO NOT IGNORE an LBC from UKPC or from the landowner
DO NOT IGNORE any MCOL (small claims court letter from northampton or salford) that has originated from UKPC or the landowner
read these and ask for more help if they arrive

You'll be able to knock us all down with a feather if you ever receive court papers.Je suis Charlie.0

Update: received final 'threat' last October after using the 'do not harass me' template on here. Nothing since then. I'm assuming they've exhausted their arsenal. Thanks for all help and advice on here. You're all fab.0

all fades away after 6 years in england and wales (5 in scotland)
but never assume its "over" until then , they have a nasty habit of "passing it on" to a new name (usually the same company) and carrying it on up until the final death throes0
