Quote from their Website:
"If you are incorrect the first time, you will not be eligible for the week’s draw to win tickets to the featured destination. However, you can enter again and if you give the correct answer you will still be in with a chance to win the Grand Prize".

So you can enter the wrong answer and try again, but you wont win that weeks prize
