Advice needed for first time buyer

Options
I have been renting for a long time and last year we had to move to a house to be near DD new seconary school. The house was originally on the market however it was a friend of a friedn agreement and as we were struggleing to find somewhere else they agreed a lonh term let.

Yesterday we signed another tenancy agreement (slightly earlier then needed so have 7 months as the last agreement finishes on 31 August) however the landlords circumstances have changed dramatically and they want to sell. We love the house and they have offered to sell to us without the hassle of an estate agent. I have never bought a house and unsure what to do, who to contact and whether we would get a mortgage as I finished a Payment plan last year and my partner has some debts that are unsettled. My payment plan will set on my credit file as partially satisfied so unsure if that would cause a problem.

The other problem is that I work full time and my partner works part time with plenty of overtime. I have read and reread information online however I am getting more and more confused.

Thanks in advance

Get all 3 credit reports for you both down to a GOOD broker.

The bulk of your post was about what you want rather than the facts and figures we need but with a payment plan its important to see how it appears so I would just save your time and see a professional.
