Worried some debts missing from DMP

Ever the worrier, since I'm determined to pay off all of my debts over the next two years I'm now worrying that a couple of debts may have disappeared over the life of my DMP - e.g. if a company sells on the debt (which they have done) or if the DM company have made an error and missed a debt off the plan. TBH I've just been grateful that somebody has been managing the debts on my behalf over the years and have lost track of who the original creditor was (in some cases). I'm even worrying that I've got a CCJ in my name (none recorded on credit report). But, I remember in 1997 one of my debts (catalogue or score care) was under a company called Howard Cohen (?solicitors) which was later transferred to a collection agency, to whom payments are now being paid. If I did have a CCJ would it be on my credit report? I was quite depressed at the time (and a lot younger), but I'm worried that this debt isn't being paid in the right way and why would HC transfer to another agency? Any thoughts?

Won't be on your report now from that long ago.

No idea if you could find out about a CCJ from that long ago.

If it's being paid, why worry?

Companies sell on debts all the time.

i've done a bit of research and I think it's been passed onto a company called Hoist or something. Yes, it is being paid. In the early stages of my DMP I passed on a lot of paperwork to the company - just got more recent ones. But, I've worked it all out :D

Will discuss it with the DM company to be on safe side. But, think it's all ok.
