does any body know if ccjs stay on your records when they have been paid off and are 9 years old
if they are still on my record how do i remove them

My OH had a CCJ on his file and it went after 6 years. I'm not sure about getting rid of it - you could try writing to the credit agency or I'm sure someone will have some more advice shortly!
