North-east area staying away

Looking for some advice, looking at holidays in the NE, possibly with caravan but I think £25/night is pretty expensive.

If you didn't have a caravan I would have suggested Youth Hostels. I don't know if they have a maximum stay, if they did you could just keep swopping between two of them.0
