This thread's cheered me up no end ! My shoulder has seized up 3 times in the last 9 months and I've had an injection each time. Looks like I have lots of fun with it to look forward to as the last 'do' was 4 weeks ago and it's not back to completely normal this time as it has been previous times.
Good luck to the OP - don't forget to let us know how things go for you..................

Looking for advice, have on/off pain in left shoulder, this has been going on for about 4 years. Have had physio, and pain killers but never told what it could be or sent for xrays etc. Some days I am pain free whilst others I cannot lift shoulder at a certain angle to take my own clothes off and feel exhausted with pain from it as it goes into my neck and top of chest on left side. Should I go back to doctors and ask for xray, any advice what may be causing it?Jan Grocery challenge
