moved to Scotland, ccj issued after move but statute barred?

I called the county court today and after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing I got the information I needed about form n244 and filled out and sent it off. I have requested for it to be set aside due to living in Scotland and not knowing about the ccj until I looked at my credit file. Wait and see what happens now I suppose....

OP says it was all done by phone. So that wouldn't count.
