Should we continue with mortage application despite credit file not being 100%?

It didn't seem to as we went to the broker the same week so presumably the credit files take a little while to catch up>
We went to a local "Mortgage Shop "broker (on the high st in Northern Ireland so not sure what the equivalent is in GB)
We were able to get a 2.39 deal fixed for 2 years which is a top market deal so I do think a broker is the way to go.
