Could you mean the Small business loan guarantee scheme?
If so not sure it exists anymore - it was all the rage in the 90's when bank managers used to lend willy nilly knowing they couldn't lose because it the business went belly up the government coughed up.0 -

Someone I know got a government guaranteed loan for a start up last month.0 -
They used to be known as SFGL - SMALL FIRMS GUARANTEED LOAN.
I no longer work in that environment so cannot tell you what is available these days.0
