Options for selling a concert ticket

Hi, I have a spare ticket to a music concert coming up in a couple of weeks. I always used to just stick it on eBay in the past but just tried to do it now through StubHub for the first time and the fees are extortionate! A lot more so than eBay fees were. For a £100 sale I'd be getting back less than £75....

Does anyone know anything about other options? I've heard of sites such as Viagogo, Letmein etc. but not sure how their fees compare?

I know Gumtree is cheapest but I'd prefer something with more structure/security I think...
