Miffed at being blocked on Twitter

I have been following this page and entering their competitions for ages.. haven't won any but that isn't relevant.

There are a few other Twitter pages that have done this but I'm really annoyed over this one. I have 7 grandchildren and I am always buying presents and books for birthdays and Christmas.

My feed is mostly comps with some chat to friends, but surely if a company runs competitions they expect people to enter? I'm sure they would be unhappy if no-one did.

The only thing I can think of is to contact them & say pretty much what you have said here, that you have been following them for a long time have lots of grandchildren to buy for & see what they say

You won't loose anything by trying

Thanks, I have asked on their page but haven't had a response.

Would they see the message if you've been blocked from following them?

Might be better to contact them via their website.

Ah, Thanks, I hadn't thought of that. I did look for a Facebook page but can't see the childrens one

I know some pages block competition people if that is all they do. I am sure its not personal.

try with another twitter account? or look for other comps- plenty on there!

Complain direct to customer services saying you are a customer as well! (or were...) Will be probably different people in that dept to the ones dealing with the social media side.

I find it irritating companies ban people for doing what they are asking people to do, ie enter comps!
