Not sure how cheap you're looking but I ordered several bits for my hen do from here:
http://www.henpartysuperstore.co.uk/hen-party-accessories-c1/hen-party-sashes-c17
I had the black hen party sashes and then ordered my bridesmaids the ones with sparkly pink writing on. All came well packaged and in good time.
My bridesmaids had a sash made for me and think that was ordered from ebay.0 -
Poundland did used to have them. Maybe try Home Bargains if you have one local, B&M etc? May also be worth checking out local shops.0

I know you've said you have tried Amazon but I bought mine for 86p each on Amazon, they were the cheapest I could find! http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hen-and-Stag-Accessories-C36180/dp/B005QDTMKK/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1406315312&sr=8-3&keywords=hen+night+sash d my hens also bought loads of other accessories from amazon for just a couple of £ each0
