The fixed rate on part of my mortgage is coming to an end. I've called Natwest and they have sent me a link by email to execute it myself online without the need for another of those 3 hour phone calls, but it keeps telling me my mortgage account number is incorrect and blocks my access. I've spoken with Nat Wset and they have confirmed I'm using the correct 8 digit number. Any suggestions?

Have you checked that the link they sent is correct? When I changed my deal online with them I went via https://www.natwest.com/newdeal
and this worked great for me.0 -
