One of my favourite game franchises were the Shenmue games on Sega Dreamcast (And Xbox), cannot wait for Shenmue 3!

It was an amazing game in its day as was Max Payne 2, the closest to getting the feel of the Matrix I always thought. I particularly liked in the second one that time went slower as you got more kills and you were able to do an instant reload, it looked fantastic when you were mowing down enemies with twin SMG's and it slowed down to the point you could see the bullets slowly chewing through the pillars and walls.

Everquest. Nothing before or since has compared, though I avoid MMORPGs nowadays due to them being a massive time sink (and the "like a second full time job" factor of being in a raid guild).

far cry 4 ( love sniping people from hilltops ) but i have a weird love for medal of honor airborne which i have spent years trying to complete without dying and have only came close once!
