Can you claim bank charges back after bankruptcy?

            Thanks for the replies folks!
I've spoken to StepChange about the situation so that's the extent of the money advice as opposed to a individual adviser.
It's fair to say that the debt and MAP process is more important than any bank charges or attempts to re-claim them.
The main thing I was wanting to ensure is that I don't do anything to hinder the MAP process. With that in mind, it would seem that it is probably best to drop any bank charge disputes - not least because there may be no way to win - but also to ensure that it doesn't interfere with MAP which is more significant in resolving my mum's situation.
 Thanks again for the advice.0
