6. The prize consists of £1,500 of vouchers for a fun filled family activity holiday provided by a high quality holiday operator in the UK selected by Elite Healthy Foods Ltd.
8. The winner is responsible for any additional personal expenses, including Insurance and all incidentals.
9. The winners are able to extend their trip at their own expense.
11. The prize for the final draw must be taken before 31/02/2015 and is subject to availability and not transferable.

Not sure if they've changed the T&Cs or it's a new comp (I used the above link) but it says the closing date is 12 noon 31st December 2014
Edit: Ignore me, I just realised that the comp runs quarterly so it must be for the new one0
