Santander £250 cash back

We completed our Santander mortgage last Monday. It was meant to come with £250 cash back - does any one have any experience of when you are meant to receive this?

We completed on our property purchase 10 days ago and the santander cashback was paid with the mortgage money to our solicitor. We used ours against the solicitor fees. Have you checked the solicitors completion statement if it was paid with your mortgage money?

As Midget says, it would have been sent with your mortgage funds to your solicitor and then deducted from their fees
