Could you explain that bit please, the £308, is that a typo? Also your saying it will be worse if she lived with me then me getting a place on my own?
It's there to tell you that having dependents seriously affects what you can borrow. You go from £50k to £0, more or less.
Talk to your local HTB Agent and Housing Associations.
