    No, it's not a typo.

    It's there to tell you that having dependents seriously affects what you can borrow. You go from £50k to £0, more or less.

    Talk to your local HTB Agent and Housing Associations. Think about going through vetting for SO to see if you're accepted and talk to a local independent broker about the mortgage.
