Can I freeze this recipe?

Hello lovely people

I'm going to make this on the weekend

Now.... It feeds 4-6 people and there is only 2 of us. Do you reckon I'd get away with freezing some portions until we're ready to eat them? I don't think there is anything in the recipe that won't freeze well....

I thought i'd make up to the point when you put it in the oven, and freeze the extra, and only cook what we need.

Then defrost, and cook as per instructions.

I'll give it a whirl and see how we get on!
