You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -
I think it would do the job0

I've not tried a Chillow myself (I get night sweats
) but I do find that if I cool down my feet by washing them just before going to bed and sleep with the duvet cover and not the actual duvet or a 1 tog duvet as I've found this makes a big difference.
I'm doubly unlucky as I've got neighbours who like to smoke substances they shouldn't as well as normal cigarettes and end up being woken up by whatever junkie is sorting their fix so I end up keeping all the windows closed tight and it does get really really warm as I can't ventilate my home without being fully awake to keep out fumes. I had thought about a Chillow but think they need to develop one for torsos not just heads! But the feet thing makes a big difference to me.0 -
I got my mini chillow pillow out last night. I bought in last summers heat wave. Popped it in the fridge a few hours before bed. The coolness made a big difference to a more restful nights sleep. The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0

I bought a chillow years ago, was a load of rubbish. Even went mouldy after a while. Perhaps they are better now.0

I used a Chillow after chemotherapy left me with night sweats. I did find it useful but it does warm up during the night. Chillow is expensive and mine gave up after 3 years careful use (they can be easily damaged apparently). I have also used cold hot water bottles and think they work well - and are free! I have also purchased a cool mat from an online shopping site costs about £10 and that works well. Hope you sort something soon. Good luck.0

If we get too hot on hol abroad (just about OK here at the mo) I soak the top sheet in cold water & wring it out really hard, then manage to doze off under it. The evaporation keeps us cool. :j:D:beer::eek::A:p:rotfl::cool::):(:T0
